摘要：产后出血是常见的分娩并发症之一,主要表现为胎儿出生后产妇阴道出血,在剖宫产中多数表现为胎盘剥离面的广泛出血,严重者可导致产妇失血性休克、严重贫血等,是当前临床导致产妇死亡的重要因素,需要医护人员对产后出血进行早期诊断与积极防治.因此,本文总结剖宫产产后出血预防与治疗方案的研究进展,为剖宫产产后出血的预防策略指定,提高治疗效果提供参考.
